Driver's validity licence check. Medical exam. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Driver's abstract. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Sitting. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: More than 100 kg (220 lbs). Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus.
