The inspector will be responsible for maintaining the pressure equipment integrity management system at Redwater Nitrogen Operations.?What you will do:Inspect pressure vessels, pressure piping, pressure relief devices and tanksMonitor corrosion of vessels and pressure piping systemsConduct nondestructive testingCompose technical reportsComplete data entry in the Inspection Management Database (Visions)Support fitness for service evaluationsMaintain a strict adherence to the Nutrien Pressure Equipment Integrity Management System Manual. Responsible for ensuring equipment inspections are completed and maintaining Zero overdue.Provide recommendations to head of department in consultation with Inspections Group and Mechanical Integrity SMEsTake leading role in assigned mechanical integrity initiatives?What you will bring:High School Diploma is requiredA Technical Institute Certificate or a Journeyman Trade Certificate in a related discipline4 to 10 years? experienceAPI 510 Certification and ABSA IPV Certification is requiredAPI 570 and API 653 are strongly preferredCompetent in performing NDE techniques (LPI, MPI, PMI)High degree of accountabilityStrong verbal and written communication skills combined with a demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple prioritiesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and Quality Assurance ProgramsKnowledge/experience with Risk Based Inspection (RBI)Knowledge of Visions asset management software preferred?Are you a good match?
