<h3>Job Description</h3><div><p>Job description</p><p>We are looking to hire Animal Care Techniciansto join our growing team. We are located 20 minutes north/east of Guelph. Our ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, an ability to learn quickly and be self-motivated.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• General animal husbandry duties (including animal health procedures and general facility maintenance)</p><p>• Assist with the socialization of animals</p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Must be comfortable working in an animal research based organization</p><p>• Must have a positive personality and be reliable</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p><p>• Good oral and written communication skills</p><p>• Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekends are required)</p><p>• Experience with animal care an asset</p><p>• Comfort with computer-based applications including Webmail and the Microsoft Office Suite</p><p>Expected start date: ASAP</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekends</li></ul></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>InterVivo Solutions Inc. is a leading preclinical contract research organisation, with robust animal models and expertise in drug development research.
