*Full-time Registered Veterinary Technician or VT position available immediately: * Full-time RVT or VT needed for an expanding 5-STAR small animal practice on a beautiful country road, 30 minutes northwest of Kingston near Yarker on 211 McQuay Road. Lane Veterinary Services is well established and known for excellent medicine & compassionate care in a friendly relaxed environment. We are now serving the children and grandchildren of our original clients, since 1983. Our motto is: ?Prevention is the best medicine!? We are looking for an experienced veterinarian technician with a positive attitude and great communication skills; who is comfortable working alone and with our team. Responsibilities include all aspects of a vet tech position: anesthetic & monitoring and logging, performing dental cleaning, collection & performing laboratory work, radiology, medical records as well as client education, part-time reception and much more. Our on-site compliment includes: CBC & Biochemistry, Digital full body + dental Radiology, Cardiopet, portable laser therapy and Ultrasound; along with Cornerstone Veterinary software. Every day is an adventure; with lots of variety in medical and surgical cases! New or recent grads are welcome to apply ? you can gain experience quickly when working daily with our capable team!
