<h3>Job Description</h3><div><p><em><strong>Groupecho</strong></em> Canada is looking for the <em><strong>ideal candidate</strong></em> to join our sales team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to maintain and increase the value of a customer base in your assigned B2B sales territory through inbound and outbound telephone contacts to B and C level customers. You will be responsible for the sale of various credit services; Collections, Pre-Employment products, other credit services and cold calling in order to sign new business. You get to work with a dedicated sales team in a <em>customer focused</em> company in a virual concept.</p><p><strong>Main Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Meet and exceed your sales objectives</li><li>Establish and develop business relationships with customers base to ensure retention and develop organic sales opportunities</li><li>Identify and prospect business opportunities</li><li>Cold calling new potential customers</li><li>Sell the company's services to prospects and promote their benefits and values</li><li>Follow up with prospects and new customers to grow their business</li><li>Conduct telephone presentations on the benefits of using the company's products and services</li><li>Follow market trends and product development from competitors</li><li>Maintain harmonious business relationships with the clients</li><li>Plan telephone selling activity for an assigned territory</li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, presentation of proposals, submission of contracts and follow ups</li><li>Manage your sales, including leads, opportunities and deals ready to close</li><li>Submit weekly sales reports on all conducted and planned sales</li><li>Provide detailed account information on both prospects and customers and manage sales by using CRM tools</li><li>Expose the company's service to potential customers and promote its benefits and values</li><li>Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our existing customers and prospects to ensure retention and growth</li><li>Prepare and send contracts for new sales</li><li>Review needs of each customer and update their qualifications in the CRM</li><li>Comply with company's policies and procedures</li><li>Participate in sales meetings</li><li>Ensure proper planning of sales work</li><li>Perform administrative tasks related to sales</li></ul><p><strong>Advantages:</strong></p><ul><li>Base salary + commissions ( competative commission structure)</li><li>Group Benefits</li><li>Sick + Personal days (TBD)</li><li>Group RRSP + employer match</li><li>Comprehensive product training & expansive industry knowledge</li><li>Upper management support and trust</li><li>Work life balance, no overtime, no weekends</li></ul><p>If you're eager to join a dynamic team and company where your initiatives will be rewarded, please submit your resume, don't miss out on this great opportunity.
