<h3>Job Description</h3><div><p>Allied Universal is Hiring!!!</p><p>We are seeking a Security Guard Government Services Site -Overnights to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.</p><p><strong>Immigration Holding Centre - Rexdale Blvd</strong></p><p><strong>Overnights - 12am to 8am</strong></p><p><strong>Various schedules - Full time and Part time</strong></p><p><strong>Must have lived in Canada for 5 years AND held a Permanent Residence since May 2017 due to Federal clearances</strong></p><p><strong>Must have the ability to successfully pass MAB/Use of Force training</strong></p><p><strong>Pay rate: $20.00 per hour (3 months probation) then $21.00 per hour</strong></p><p><strong>Great opportunity for Police Foundations <span class="long-word">students/graduates!!</span></strong></p><p><strong>Essential Employment Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Provincial Security Guard licence</li><li>Valid Standard First Aid and CPR</li><li>Open availability is preferred as shifts may vary <span class="long-word">days/evenings/overnight</span></li><li>Residence in Canada the past 5 years minimum - as per Site Clearance Requirements (Federal Public Works and other government clearance screenings)</li><li>Minimum High school <span class="long-word">education/equivalency</span></li><li>Preference will be given to those who have completed Police Foundations or have 2 years of relevant security experience</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules</li><li>Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security</li><li>Warn violators of premise rules and regulations</li><li>Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts</li><li>Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes</li><li>Request emergency personnel for high risk situations</li></ul><p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields</li><li>Familiarity with security equipment</li><li>Ability to handle physical workload</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li></ul></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Chez Allied Universal, nous sommes fiers d'encourager une culture de promotion interne.
