Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience: Will train. Additional Skills: Set up, maintain and make minor repairs to machinery. Specific Skills: Tint or dye furs. Shave hides to uniform thickness. Operate a variety of machines to bleach, dye, coat or finish fabric, thread, yarn or other textile products. Mix dyes or chemicals according to established formulae. Examine products for defects and to ensure adherence to quality standards. Operate and feed a variety of machines. Adjust rotation and mixing action of vats according to state of pelts. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Ability to distinguish between colours.
