Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Provincial/territorial Real Estate Sales Licence. Provincial/territorial Real Estate Broker's Licence. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Area of Specialization: Real estate counselling. Real estate data analysis. Real estate syndication. Property appraisal. Property management. Marketing strategy development. Leasing/renting. Land planning and development. Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services. Specific Skills: Solicit property sales listings from prospective vendors. Draw up sales agreements for purchaser's and seller's approval. Conduct open houses for prospective buyers. Assist prospective buyers in making offers of purchase on real estate properties. Use real estate software packages. Assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting and inspecting real estate properties. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Real Estate Experience: Residential. New residential home building. Land. Investment. Industrial. Commercial. Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication.
