Working at Nutrien will provide you an opportunity to help us Feed the Future, and grow your career.This position will report to Sr. Manager IT Asset & Vendor Services. What you will do: Gain deep understanding of all key IT service vendor contracts and be primary point of contact for IT organization to develop and negotiate contract terms and conditions, SLA’s, KPI’s etc.Work with multiple stakeholders across several geographies and negotiate, develop, and maintain contract change orders to onboard or offboard new services, ensuring services fall within framework of Master Agreements Enable stakeholders to make the best decisions, by facilitating regular cadence meetings and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level’s (SLA’s) tied to the applicable MSA’s with Managed Service vendorsProvide support of complex financial agreements associated Managed Service type agreementsProvide guidance around Statement of Work (SOW) and Chang Order (CO) creation ensuring appropriate terms and rates are used according to vendor Agreements Act as operational point of escalation between internal customers and vendors to ensure the appropriate level of service is being delivered Establish and maintain governance practices across IT organization as it relates to Managed Service vendors Develop strong networks and garner the support of functional and business unit stakeholders internally and externallyWhat you will bring: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant industry experience preferably in an IT Services Vendor Management related role  Degree in Commerce, Computer Science or another related field Professional designation CPSM or SCMP would be considered very beneficial Ability to work with a variety of internal customers and external suppliers with time sensitive demandsExcellent negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, address disputes, and negotiate agreementsExceptional ability to work with senior level stakeholdersExcellent organizational, time management skills, with the ability to handle several competing deadlines Results-driven mindset, with developing capabilities in problem solving and analytical thinking Excellent communicator – good verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to interact and advise across all levels of leadersThorough understanding of complex contract language across multiple areas with a strong attention to detailSound financial acumen with the ability to understand complex financial terms and conditions and manage multi-million-dollar financial models A proven change agent able to bridge disparate viewpoints to reach consensusUnderstanding of a global IT Software & Applications environment would be a strong asset SAP experience preferred Intermediate to advanced Microsoft excel skillsCompensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $73,500 - $105,000 USD.
