Address customers' complaints or concerns; Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses; Plan and control budget and inventory; Plan coverage of upcoming events and assign work accordingly; Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies; Implement marketing activities; Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff; Develop course content; Determine staffing requirements; Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance; Negotiate business contracts; Hire and train or arrange for training of staff; Art instructors and teachers teach students the techniques and methods of drawing, painting, sculpting and other forms of artistic expression; Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
