Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Confer with clients to identify requirements. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery. Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware. Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches. Resolve conflict situations. Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationParksville, BC
